Cape Town Marathon Trail Runs (2014 to current)

Wildrunner is proud to have established and be responsoble for the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon Trail Runs as part of the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon portfolio of events,  since the addition of the trail run events in 2014.  

In 2021 the inagural 46km Cape Town Trail Marathon was launched, in collaboration with Ryan Sandes.

Two Oceans Trail Run Series (2022)

Wildrunner is proud to have been contracted to run the race operations for a new series of trail runs under the globally recognised Two Oceans Marathon brand.  This series will bring an exciting three race series to the Cape, with events on Table Mountain, Overstrand and the Agulhas plain from May to Sep.

WWF Earth Hour Adventure (2017-2019, 2022)

WWF South Africa approached Wildrunner in 2016 to do something unique in the Cape Peninsula for their annual Global Earth Hour event.  We created a fun, interactive, family adventure in the magnificent Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.  This quickly became a firm favorite for adventurous families and in 2018 we extended the adventure to Johannesburg's Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens.  Sadly the event came to a standstil with the advent of COVID-19.

In 2022 the WWF Earth Hour will be back at a new venue at Plasir de Merle, Simonsberg.

St Lukes Hospice Superhero Trail Run (2014-2016)
